We offer same-day local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our Downtown Los Angeles store.

    Shop normally and fill your cart with the items you want delivered. Once you're ready, continue to checkout.

  2. Enter Your Delivery Address

    Use the address where you want your order delivered. Our system will automatically check if you're inside the 10-mile radius.

  4. Select “Local Delivery” at Checkout

    When you reach the Shipping section, look for:
    Local Delivery — Same-Day (10 miles)

    If you don’t see this option, your address is likely outside the delivery area.

  5. Complete Payment

    Finish checkout like normal.

    We’ll send you:
    An order confirmation email
    A delivery update text or email when your order is on the way

  6. Delivery Time Window

    Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 hours, depending on order volume and traffic.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if something I ordered is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable, we will message you within two hours of your order time. We will let you know what’s out of stock and offer a replacement or a refund. Once you confirm, we will adjust your order and continue with delivery.

What if I place my order after business hours?

Your order will be delivered the following day. You will receive a confirmation text letting you know it’s all good and scheduled for the next delivery window.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

You don't need to be home, but someone needs to be home to sign off on the package.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of our Downtown Los Angeles store. If your address is outside this area, the Local Delivery option will not appear at checkout.

How fast is same-day delivery?

Most same-day deliveries arrive within two to four hours, depending on traffic and volume. You will receive updates when your order is confirmed and when it’s on the way.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes. You can text us after placing your order and we will try our best to meet your preferred time window.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There’s no strict minimum, but our delivery fees work on a tier system based on distance and order size. Smaller orders may have a higher delivery cost, while larger orders usually get a lower delivery fee. The farther the distance, the higher the delivery cost may be. As your order amount increases, the delivery fee decreases automatically at checkout.
