Due to the nature of our products — including perishable and non-restockable cosmetics such as gel polish — ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once these items leave our store, they cannot be reshelved or reused. We carefully inspect all products before shipping.
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nrusupply.com.
If the issue was caused on our end, please reach out right away and include your name, phone number, and order number.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package. Claims made after the 48-hour window cannot be modified or approved. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response after your claim is submitted.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund or exchange. If a return or exchange is authorized, you will be responsible for all shipping fees. You may also submit your claim via email and, if approved, complete the exchange in-store/ mailed back.
Important: If you discover an issue with a product, do not use it. Using the product may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
