SMS CUSTOMER SERVICE TERMS
Program description
Nails R Us provides individual customer service conversations by SMS/MMS. Messages may address product questions, availability, store hours, existing orders, unavailable items, substitutions, refunds, and pickup arrangements.
This program does not send bulk promotional messages or automated marketing campaigns. Service messages such as welcome, HELP, and opt-out confirmations may be automated.
Permission to text
When you initiate a text conversation with us, we use your number to respond to your request and continue that relevant customer service conversation.
Before we initiate order-related texts, we obtain your permission to receive messages for that purpose. Permission may be provided through an applicable opt-in process or verbally during a telephone or in-person conversation.
Providing a telephone number with an order does not, by itself, enroll you in our SMS service. Agreement to receive customer service text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing products.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, order needs, and customer service conversations. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to a message from us to stop receiving messages from that messaging number. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out, after which further SMS messages from that number will stop unless you opt in again.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel an order. Contact us by email or telephone if you need continued assistance.
